David Klain 874106 Posted June 13, 2009 at 02:15 PM Posted June 13, 2009 at 02:15 PM A number of mac users have been successful using VRC on macs by installing Windows XP and Parallels on their mac (effectively running it in PC mode for the program). VRC will NOT run in the mac's native OS. Dave

Daniel Oordt Posted June 16, 2009 at 07:24 PM Posted June 16, 2009 at 07:24 PM I use a MacBook Pro with Boot Camp and Vista Ultimate. Easiest way is to buy the Windows OS, follow the instruction in Mac OS X, and install Windows. Then insert the Mac OS X CD in Windows to install the Boot Camp drivers. All done within 15 minutes. Colin Zhang 1103737 Posted June 19, 2009 at 06:46 AM Posted June 19, 2009 at 06:46 AM You could always install boot camp, then run parallels/vmware off of the boot camp partition, or just run parallels/vmware to use VRC VATUSA ZSE Staff Mentor, S3

David Klain 874106 Posted June 20, 2009 at 04:49 PM Posted June 20, 2009 at 04:49 PM Please don't hijack this thread into a debate on whether or not a PC is better than a MAC or tell a person to buy a PC. The question was "Can I use VRC on a Mac?" The answer is "Yes" and several people provided details on how to do it. As a lawyer would say "asked and answered"...
