Colin Zhang 1103737 Posted June 19, 2009 at 08:26 AM Posted June 19, 2009 at 08:26 AM I was looking into possibly visiting at one of the Canadian FIRs and recently clicked on the VATCAN become a controller page and entered my details [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming there would some sort of confirmation before making any changes to my account like VATUSA does. However, I was told registration was successful and was sent a welcome email. Just wanted to check to see if my region was accidentally changed . Thanks! Alan Taylor 825557 Posted June 22, 2009 at 11:49 PM Posted June 22, 2009 at 11:49 PM Hello Colin, no your division wasn't changed, however you just registered as a new student at VATCAN and have been [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned to the National Training Unit (NTU) for basic training. I'm [Mod - Happy Thoughts]uming that this was obviously not your intention and will make the necessary changes. To become a "guest" controller at VATCAN, simply go to http://vatcan.org and select the FIR you wish to guest at, (links at the top left of the front page) then email the FIR Chief or Chief Instructor who can [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist you getting started as a guest controller.
