I cant see squawkbox(4) tab on the modules menu in fs9 vista

i have a problem with fs2004, because i already installed and registered fsuipc, also squawkbox 4 , but i cant see the tab to start session with SB on the modules menu, i have window vista on my notebook, is a compaq presario cq-40

i searched on internet but i didnt found someone else with the same problem, someone told me that it maybe the is Norton antivirus, but i dont know, im very confused, and i dont want to change vista for xp.

 

please if someone can help, i'll be waiting, thanks a lot, and sorry for my english ...
