Robert Wright Posted August 10, 2009 at 04:58 AM Posted August 10, 2009 at 04:58 AM Hi Joey, Let us [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume you will be flying EHAM to LFPG. Departing RWY 09 at EHAM and arriving RWY 27L at LFPG. These are the steps. (Unfortunately my screen captures do not show the mouse pointer but the instructions indicate what is going on) 1- Hover the mouse pointer over the end of RWY 09 at EHAM so that the dialogue box comes up as indicated below. 2- Right click with the mouse and choose "To Flightplan". 3- You will now see RWY 09 in the Flight Plan list. 4- Click on "Plan" on the main screen, click once on RWY 9 in the FlightPlan list, then click the Green up arrow "^" and a list of SID's and STAR's will be displayed. We will choose the ARNEM 1N for RWY09 5- Right click on ARNEM 1N and choose "To Flightplan" - The waypoints for this SID will be inserted into the FlightPlan. 6- Click back on MAP mode and confirm this is the route you wish to take. 7- Poition LFPG in the FS Navigator Window with map View & Hover the mouse pointer over the end of RWY 27L at LFPG so that the dialogue box comes up as indicated below. 8- Right click with the mouse and choose "To Flighplan". You will now see RWY 09 in the FlightPlan list. 9-Click on "Plan" on the main screen, click once on RWY27L in the FlightPlan list, then click the Green up arrow "^" and a list of STAR's will be displayed (FSNAV will only show the STAR's as we had already inserted a SID in the FlightPlan.). We will choose the MATIX 4P for RWY27L - Right click on MATIX 4P and choose "To Flightplan" - The waypoints for this STAR will be inserted into the FlightPlan. 10- Click back on MAP mode and confirm the way points have been inserted into the flight plan map These SID's and STAR's are not up-to-date and are for illustration only.
