Daniel Churchman 1050104 Posted August 22, 2009 at 04:47 PM Posted August 22, 2009 at 04:47 PM I can hear my own voice echoed in the headphones on about a 1/2 second delay from speaking. Anyone know how to stop that?
Richard Gerrish Posted August 22, 2009 at 08:59 PM Posted August 22, 2009 at 08:59 PM if you're using the creative audio panel make sure that there isn't a check mark next to monitor Richard Gerrish Developer, STM Applications Group
Charan Kumar Posted August 27, 2009 at 09:55 PM Posted August 27, 2009 at 09:55 PM If you have resolved the issue, don't look further...but if not, try checking your COM2 freq. if COM1 and COM2 are tuned to the same freq, you will hear the 1/2 second delayed echo. Daniel Churchman 1050104 Posted August 30, 2009 at 04:09 PM Author Posted August 30, 2009 at 04:09 PM So far, the issue remains unresolved. I found an online FAQ which addresses the issue - yes, it is a "monitor" setting - however, the item in question does not appear in my settings. In other words, I cannot find a way to access the setting in question. *sigh*
