The ServInfo database that contains airlines, airports and FIR information is being updated and especially the airlines section is build up from scratch. This task is handled by a dedicated “database update team” that will be providing regular database updates from now on. Virtual Airlines are invited to submit information using the forms provided at the ServInfo website. Since the database airlines section is build up from scratch VAs that are already included in the current ServInfo version must also submit their information again. Individuals that want to submit information about real world airlines can also use these forms. The current contents of the new database airlines section regarding both real world and virtual airlines can be viewed from the ServInfo website. As for the main ServInfo application, a new version will be released together with the updated database that will provide some extra functionality regarding airlines information and will also fix some known minor issues. More information can be found at the ServInfo website : http://avsim.com/hangar/utils/servinfo/ Michael Frantzeskakis 2 - EUroute EUroute, the free flight plan database with 7000+ regularly checked european routes, just got better. The new development is called EUroute Module - a Flight Simulator plugin that gives you instant access to flight plans, weather, NOTAM, and other information - all without leaving the cockpit. Unlike with the well-known web based version, the EUroute Module reads your aircraft coordinates from FS to simplify the search process and is capable of exporting data in FSNavigator format. The program can be downloaded from http://www.euroutepro.com/euroute_module.htm Michal Rok 3 - Eurobook Eurobook reminder: Want to book your flight so local ATC know you're coming ?
