A special event for modern military jetfighters cruising around the Caribbean, to draw one's attention to having and keeping peace in the whole world..

The working title of the event is Curaçao Caribbean Peace Flights.

All VFR flights, possible supersonic above sea only. Is anybody interested?

Think about parallel take offs and landings!!! A challenge for really skilled pilots!!

Looking forward to your responds...

It is all planned for

Day one, December 19th

Leg 1 : TTPP – TBPO

Leg 2 : TBPO – TDPR

Leg 3 : TDPR – TKPK

Leg 4 : TKPK – TNCM

Leg 5 : TNCM – TJPS

Leg 6: TJPS – MDPC

Leg 7: MDPC – MTCH

Day two, December 20st:

Leg 8 : MTCH – MUMO

Leg 9 : MUMO – MYNN

Leg 10 : MYNN – MUCL

Leg 11 : MUCL – MWCR

Leg 12 : MWCR – MKJP

Leg 13 : MKJP – MTPP

Leg 14 : MTPP - TNCC

All legs are touch and go.

VFR under military radar. Experienced controllers know what that means.

I just parked my TomCat at Piarco and will be checked from top to bottom.

As these flights are all VFR flights, pilots are not allowed to fly during darkness. That means landing BEFORE 2100z!! That is 1700 (05pm) local time.

I guess the every day's legs take about two hours (max three) so the event can start every day at 1800z to be at the safe side regarding darkness.

Any more ideas? Now there is time to shoot!

More info you can find at [link]http://www.vatcar.org/forum/index.php?topic=857.0[/link] in the future but if needed I copy that up here as well.

Hope to read your positive responds very soon!

Kind regards,

Ruud.

Hi. TBPO stands for Bridgetown, Barbados and belongs to Piarco airspace. The name is Grantley Adams.

Check this one out:

It is much more than a helipad only!!

Kind regards,

Ruud.

Sorry for my late reply, but you are right. It must be TPBP indeed. Thanks for your attentiveness!
