Gus Petrogiannis 824838 Posted September 6, 2005 at 06:31 AM Posted September 6, 2005 at 06:31 AM Hi folks: This has been aggravating me for quite some time now. I have had this problem in the past, but have taken the following steps to try and fix it. I recently reformatted the C drive, did a COMPLETE reinstall of XP (ServicePack2) Home. I sign on to SB, am sitting at the gate... and almost JUST as I start to taxi I hear a CLICK and the system restarts. My drivers are up to date, I am running an ATI Radeon 9500 Graphics card with 512 MB of RAM. I just DO NOT understand what the problem is. I have seriously considered hanging up my wings it has been this nerve raking lately. Any ideas? Gus
Norman Blackburn Posted September 6, 2005 at 07:23 AM Posted September 6, 2005 at 07:23 AM Gus, This is sounding like a hardware issue, possibly heat related. Norman
Martin Georg 811874 Posted September 6, 2005 at 07:49 AM Posted September 6, 2005 at 07:49 AM System restarts may result from a faulty or undersized power supply also! best regards, Martin Georg
