Trent Hopkinson Posted October 18, 2009 at 03:27 AM Posted October 18, 2009 at 03:27 AM USB headset. That's All I reccomend. Anything that isn't a USB headset, you will eventually hate Unless you have 2 soundcards. Lennart Vedin Posted October 18, 2009 at 09:52 AM Posted October 18, 2009 at 09:52 AM To clearlfy. If you don't have 2 sound-cards or use two computers for online flying, then USB headset is the way to add one more sound-device to your computer. Two sound-device make it possible to get FS-sound in headspeaker, and ATC com-radio in headset. / Lennart Vedin /

Two sound-device make it possible to get FS-sound in headspeaker, and ATC com-radio in headset. hmmm... i think it doesnt have to be 2 sound cards to separate ATC sound and FS sound. Motherboard with realtek chip sound can do it for you. The key is to find how to enabled the 2nd audio device, on Vista 64 bit try find "Advance Device Settings" on realtek control panel. .. set it to multi-streaming for output (note: you can also set multistreaming for input- if you want to use 2 microphone), after that [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ign atc sound to the 2nd audio device on FSInn options or swbox settings. ------------------------------------------------------ Indonesia VaCC | Virtual Airlines of Indonesia
Lennart Vedin Posted November 9, 2009 at 11:18 AM Posted November 9, 2009 at 11:18 AM That's right Ray Dotulung, It has to be two sound devices. If one soundboard support installation of dual sound-device such as dual channel , then it's all required. / Lennart Vedin /
