Karl Kornel 964857 Posted October 25, 2009 at 04:20 AM Posted October 25, 2009 at 04:20 AM Hello all! I have a question about some of the advance coordination features of EuroScope. I can see that we can coordinate handoff altitudes and direct-to points through EuroScope, which is really nice. What I was wondering, though, was if we can coordinate arrival runways. In other words, if I am on approach, someone else is on center, and an inbound aircraft is in my visibility range (still being controlled by center), can I coordinate the arrival runway? There are three reasons why I'm thinking about this: Some pilots really want to know which runway to expect, even while still with center. Some coordination points (on the STARs) have different altitudes depending on the runways in use. If it's busy, then setting runways as early as possible might help my planning. A.
