I have had this problem since August. It is a 2005 or 2006 Gateway laptop, and it cannot connect to the wireless internet ever since I got a new router and modem. I have spent long hours on the phone with tech support with the Lynksis/cisco, they did the thing where they take control of my desktop and try to connect to the wireless (I had the ethernet cable connected), but even they couldn't connect. I can't keep the modem and router with this computer, since they must stay downstairs, and my computer stays upstairs. Any tips/suggestions? I really miss flying online

If noone else give you suggestions that works, you can PM me and we can setup an appointment where I'm sure I can help you with your network problem (via remote desktop).

For FSInn/VATSIM issues, please test the FSInn Installation sticky and linked FAQ. It really works!

Hey, thanks for the offer, but I have it fixed now. It was actually as simple as running the Router software disk and reinstalling the software. Thanks for the help!

See you in the virtual skies soon!

You're welcome. It's always something very simple.
