VATUSA Password??***Not being recognized in VATUSA DB?***

I am trying to sign up to take the test to become a student, but I do not have a VATUSA p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word(I never recieved one either). What can I do to get that?

When selecting North America / United states as your division/region (www.vatsim.net/cert.html in case you haven't done it already) you should have gotten an email with vatusa p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word and instructions

If you didn't, try troubleshooting directly at the vatusa homesite

I'm having the same problems. I never got an email either, and my Region/Division is set correctly too.

Just visit this link from the VATUSA homepage and enter your email address : http://vatusa.org/lostp[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word/lostp[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word2.php

 

instantly a new VATUSA p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word will be emailed to you.

So VATSIM thinks I am a member of VATUSA and VATUSA does not recognize me. That is a communication problem bewtween the servers I believe. I have already sent an email out to VATUSA1 and the webmaster to see if this will be resolved. I would really appreciate if someone could get my account fixed.

Guys,

 

 

Vatsim and Vatusa are 2 different services. Signing up with VATSIM does not sign you up with VATUSA and all it's services such as ATC Training etc.

 

Please visit the VATUSA site and sign up with them. READ their signup details carefully.

It takes usually 24-48 hours for the email to filter through.

that happend to me and its sorta happing to me again, someone told me that people that have a verizon account cannot receive the eamil from VATUSA because verizon has blocked VATUSA emails.

Well, for some reason I got transferred to the Asia region, it must have been I clicked a wrong button some where. However, I am now back as a VATUSA member, but my account information still doesn't work. Please help!

You're not showing up in the VATUSA database just yet. It may take a few more hours for the data to synch up.

Im also having the same problem, using the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word I've always used for VATUSA, now its not letting me log in.

 

 

It lets me log in to the VATUSA Cert Center but not to the webpage....

 

When I do the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word recovery method I get this:

I recall beign a member of VATUSA for 3 years or more

 

 

Should I email Lance or Jeff?

 

(not sure since Lance might just be getting familiar with the server )
