Javier Larroulet Posted September 18, 2005 at 03:26 PM Posted September 18, 2005 at 03:26 PM When selecting North America / United states as your division/region (www.vatsim.net/cert.html in case you haven't done it already) you should have gotten an email with vatusa p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word and instructions If you didn't, try troubleshooting directly at the vatusa homesite cheers! Andrew Steinberg 939662 Posted September 19, 2005 at 01:56 PM Author Posted September 19, 2005 at 01:56 PM Mark, I have already done this but I get this error message, [email protected] Sorry, we couldn't find you in the VATUSA database, update email here, then wait 24 hours. However, when I look at what region and division that I am in on vatsim.net/cert.html this is what I get, 939662 Andrew Steinberg [hidden]@aol.com Pilot/Observer 2005-08-12 12:20:35 North America - United States So VATSIM thinks I am a member of VATUSA and VATUSA does not recognize me. That is a communication problem bewtween the servers I believe. I have already sent an email out to VATUSA1 and the webmaster to see if this will be resolved. I would really appreciate if someone could get my account fixed. Thanks, Andrew Andrew Steinberg C-1, VATUSA
