I am still new to the FS world and still getting a hand of all the softwares out there and I would like to get some realistic approach lighting systems for my FSX to download for free or for and very cheap payware like the ones below:

normally thats dependent to the addon scenery you add. some have very detailed systems, others dont. paywares normally always do.

if you have a scenery program, you can probably get the macros yourself from one of the download sites and add them to your scenery. but im not aware of any programs that will add them to every airport in FS as thats very airport dependent and theres thousands of airports to do that to

I see but I do not have any scenery add-ons so how do I get them if I do not have scenery add-ons?

if you only want to do it to some airports manually, youll first have to find the addon that you want, like the lighting above, are they stand alone? meaning do they offer those objects alone?

if so, you can use scenery design programs like rwy12, which is freeware, to place them where you want
