Grant Sproson 942427 Posted September 24, 2005 at 02:14 AM Posted September 24, 2005 at 02:14 AM Hi just wondering, are you allowed to create a VA if there is already one such as Continental or Monarch Airlines? please let me know asap. many thinks FIN1824 (my email/MSN is [email protected] if you wish to tell me through any of them!) ______________________________________________________________________ Grant Sproson VATSIM PRC Manager
Javier Larroulet Posted September 24, 2005 at 02:33 AM Posted September 24, 2005 at 02:33 AM hi while there shouldn't be any laws against it, it doesn't really make sense to start on a VA that's already alive somewhere else on the net. Many VA's out there have been running for some time now, and have a solid user base, knowledge and expertise, so there's not too much angle to compete against them Javier Larroulet (C3) - Chile vACC
Scott Smith 921136 Posted September 24, 2005 at 11:48 AM Posted September 24, 2005 at 11:48 AM Sadly there is Monarch and Continental and they are very large..... The chances are that the airlines that are still left will already have a VA because there are too many airlines being made now... You might be better off either looking for an area with a lack of airlines but with a large amount of pilots or leave the VA because there are far too many!
