He's the only one out of all of the several thousand vPilot users to report encountering this issue, the normal volunteer helpers and the developer himself are all stumped, and it's obvious that it's an issue on his end that no one understands. But putting myself in his situation, just a gentle bump to get the attention of anyone new (to either VATSIM or to the thread) who might have heard of such a thing (not with vPilot, but with any other application) is about all he can hope for.
