Ross Carlson Posted December 28, 2015 at 08:55 PM Posted December 28, 2015 at 08:55 PM Could you enable network taffic logging and then send me the resulting log file? If you start vPilot using the "vPilot (Debug)" shortcut that it creates in your programs list, then it'll have network traffic logging turned on automatically. After you run it and get the error, then exit vPilot and find the network traffic log. It'll be in your "My Docomeents\vPilot Files" folder, named something like this: NetworkTraffic-20151228131127.log The date and time stamp will be different for you, obviously. Send that file to the email address I sent you via private message (so that the spam bots won't pick it up here in the thread.) 1275389 Posted December 29, 2015 at 03:56 AM Posted December 29, 2015 at 03:56 AM Run the application "vPilot (Debug)" or type .debug when you open vPilot.
Ross Carlson Posted December 29, 2015 at 04:32 AM Posted December 29, 2015 at 04:32 AM Just entering the .debug command will just open the debug window, it won't turn on network traffic logging. You have to use the "vPilot (Debug)" shortcut in your programs list. Ross Carlson Posted December 29, 2015 at 04:19 PM Posted December 29, 2015 at 04:19 PM I'd recommend doing a little Googling to learn how to access the list of programs installed on your computer. In that list you will find two shortcuts for launching vPilot. One is just called "vPilot" and the other is called "vPilot (Debug)".
