Thomas Derbyshire Posted October 15, 2016 at 07:39 PM Posted October 15, 2016 at 07:39 PM Hi guys I've recently purchased the RealAir Turbine Duke. What is the correct aircraft type to use when logging on to the network. I use this website normally for reference http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/arctypes.asp#B If I look down the list for Beechcraft it shows an IATA and an ICAO code, I presume the aircraft type is the ICAO code? Against Beechcraft twin turbo prop it shows the IATA as BET but no entry against ICAO. So what is the correct code to enter when logging on the network? Thanks
Board of Governors Nicholas Cavacini Posted October 15, 2016 at 08:34 PM Board of Governors Posted October 15, 2016 at 08:34 PM (edited) B60T for the turbine and BE60 for the regular Duke. The following is a much better resource: http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/default.aspx Edited October 15, 2016 at 09:03 PM by Guest NickVice President - SupervisorsVATSIM Board of Governors Contact the Supervisor Team | Could you be a Supervisor? Removed Posted October 15, 2016 at 08:53 PM Posted October 15, 2016 at 08:53 PM The Beechcraft Royal Turbine Duke would be B60T. But I am sure that is what Nicholas meant.
