I don't think we made this as clear as we should have, but please DO NOT submit an airport for the event if you are not an authorized staff member to do so! The airport will not be considered if it is submitted by an unauthorized person.

Hey Guys, I've been running into an issue when trying to submit an application. It gets me to the page where I enter runway and gate info, and then it won't let me go any further. I also get a 500 error when I try to submit more than 3 runways. Any help?

Application is there - We will fill in the blanks

What happend with the bookings?

I only can see Oslo departures.

This is what was posted on the VATSIM Facebook page today:

"Bookings for Cross the Pond open at 1900z starting with ENGM departures. Followed by EIDW/EDDH at 1930z, EHAM at 2000z, and EGKK at 2030z. You may log in early at vats.im/ctp and the website will notify you when slots open. Good Luck!"

In less than an hour more departure fields will be available

15 minutes in after the 1900Z start and I see no bookings. Are they all taken or is it a problem on the CTP site side?

Notification icon at top-right tells you when a new departure field becomes available guys.

Love this new feature -- eases the 'acid-grab' during the first 30 minutes when bookings went live in the past.

ON FACEBOOK!!!! Nothing at all on the VATSIM forums...you know, the site hosting the EVENT!!!!

You might as well send me to conflict resolution right now because there is going to be a strongly worded post made after this is all said and done. This process SUCKS!!!

Randy - We went through this last year. Go ahead and make a strongly worded post - Or, just go to the ctp.vatsim.net site and pick up a slot before they are gone and enjoy the event.

Cool?
