Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:43 PM Board of Governors Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:43 PM Alex, please stop spamming the forums. You have posted that you have an issue. No one else seems to have the issue. A major network change was just made that required updates for all clients. Bugs are being worked out in priority order. You posting multiple times won't help your issue get resolved. And I can't speak for anyone, but some people might actually consider it a turnoff and may actually place you lower on the priority list.... Regardless, you have posted that you have an issue, and I'm sure once someone can help, they will. Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:44 PM Board of Governors Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:44 PM By the way, have you posted in the xPilot Support Channel on Discord? You may have better luck there. Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
Alex Sanchez Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:48 PM Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:48 PM yes I have and no answer I`ve been trying to get it running since last night with nowhere to find a tutorial or steps to upgrade Xpilot cause obviously there were changes and we are just finding out by trial and error and its really frustrating when I never had issues before. Lauri Uusitalo Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:52 PM Posted February 1, 2022 at 01:52 PM And you have upgraded to latest? There is not much to "tutorial", uninstall/delete the old one and install the new one.
Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:05 PM Board of Governors Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:05 PM Are you sure that you had xPilot and xPlane closed when you installed each version? Perhaps try this - completely wipe xPilot off your computer, reinstall, and reboot. Disclaimer: I don't use xPilot and am not a software developer, so don't know if this would be helpful at all, but it might be 🙂 Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
Alex Sanchez Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:41 PM Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:41 PM Done all of those you mentioned above and don`t worry I wont ever post again. Thanks for at least replying to my inquire.
Board of Governors Don Desfosse Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:47 PM Board of Governors Posted February 1, 2022 at 02:47 PM Nobody is asking you not to post. I was suggesting you were posting too much in too many places, i.e. spamming. We are a very helpful community, but over-posting is not helpful. That's all. No need to get dramatic. There is a sweet-spot balance to be found. 2 Don Desfosse Vice President, Operations
