Antonio Palmieri Posted April 8, 2022 at 03:15 PM Posted April 8, 2022 at 03:15 PM Thank you so much for all the efforts! I need some help. Is there a way for Qutescoop to work on the Mac today? I get it to launch but it displays no data ( looks like it is not reading it from servers). I read the previous post with a tiny file for qutescoop to run with current vatsim infrastructure, but that tiny file is not made for Macs. Is there something we can type in the preferences and fix it like that for example? By the way, I get both the v2.1 and the older version suggested for mac (I think it was 1.2 or something) to open. We just have to fiddle with the security settings or remove the quarantine attributes. I would love to have this program work on mac in order to display the atc bookings. Jonas Eberle Posted April 20, 2022 at 08:24 AM Author Posted April 20, 2022 at 08:24 AM @Antonio Palmierianything helping us understand the Mac platform helps: please comment on https://github.com/qutescoop/qutescoop/issues/48 There is so much rumor around that platform and the active developers don't have facts. It seems, Catalina has been the last version where the user was able to add a security exception. Officially signing means paying Apple 100$/year. We don't know if making a .dmg would help. If you want new QuteScoop versions on Mac, please get involved.
