Resh has been actively serving Nepal vACC as Deputy Director with additional responsibilities as Interim Director and contributing the ATC training being INS rated Controller. Resh is also serving as Operations Team leader at Nepal vACC for development of sector. Resh has previously served as Events Director in Nepal vACC.
