Cannot connect to Vatsim network on VPilot Client

I recently reactivated my VatSim ID and i am not able to connect to the network. 

I am getting following message on Vpilot client. 

 

 

 

[14:08:22] Network error: Invalid CID/password
[14:08:23] Error connecting to voice server: Connect failed (Forbidden - )
[14:08:24] Disconnected from network.

 

Please help

How recently?   Within the last 24 hours?   If so, you might need to wait until all services sync...

Yes I did it a few hours ago. I shall wait for the next 24 hours and try to connect.

I had the same issues. I had to request a new password as after a while I were locked out of the lot. Once you can get onto the main .net site, it'll take most of the day or the next day for the Vatsim server to update, then a few hours for the voice server. Eventually I could connect to the server, but not the voice server, which resolved itself after a few more hours.

I followed your thread on this issue. Do I have to change my password now? Or give it time and try to get in after a day or so?

Don't change it again as you'll end up with a further delay while that syncs across servers/services...!

As Trevor said, don't change it again. I had to change mine as I had issues getting onto the main sites to begin with. If you can get into your Dashboard, you are probably alright, but just waiting for the other servers to syncronise with each other.

Hey there!

 

Passwords for the flight servers (FSD) are synced every few minutes. The audio (AFV) servers are synced every few hours.
